通过改变GM制冷机活塞的运行频率,实验测定GM制冷机的性能,通过实验结果分析GM制冷机冷头运行频率对其性能的影响。实验结果表明,在不改变制冷机结构参数的情况下,制冷机存在一个最佳运行频率0.84 Hz,即冷头电机运行转速为42 r/min。制冷机冷头型号不变,压缩机由6 kW换成3 kW压缩机进行驱动时,通过降低制冷机冷头运行频率发现:冷头电机转速由60 r/min转换成42 r/min时,在二级达到4.2 K时,制冷机可获得0.5 W的冷量,其效率与6 kW压缩机驱动时一致。

The performance of GM refrigerator by changing the operating frequency of GM refrigerator piston was measured and the impact of the GM refrigerator operating frequency on GM refrigerator ’ s per-formance was analyzed .The results show that without changing the structural parameters of the refrigerator , there is an optimum operating frequency 0 .84 Hz of the refrigerator , which the cold head motor speed is 42 r/min.Without changing the refrigerator , the compressor which was 6 kW, replaced by one of 3 kW, when reducing the operating frequency of the refrigerator ,the results show that when refrigerator motor speed chan-ges from 60 r/min to 42 r/min, and the second stage reaches 4.2 K, the 0.5 W cooling capacity is availa-ble, at the same time, the efficiency is consistent with 6 kW compressor’s.
