在恶性肿瘤发展的过程中,发生脑转移瘤的概率可达20%~40%,且正在上升。未经治疗的脑转移瘤有着极差的预后,因此,进一步了解其发生机制,并以此为基础优化治疗方案十分重要。本文将对脑转移瘤的形成机制做一综述。

In the process of the development of malignant tumor,incidence of brain metastases is up to 20% ~ 40% . Brain metastases are the most common intracranial tumors and their incidence is increasing. Untreated brain metasta-ses has a poor prognosis and a poor performance status. So,further understanding of the mechanism,and on this basis, optimizing the treatment is very important. The advent of new technologies has led to the discovery of novel molecules and pathways that have better depicted the metastatic process. In this paper,we will briefly review recent research progress in mechanism of brain metastases.
