连接超导装置和外部电源的电流引线,是制冷系统的主要漏热源,决定着超导装置的运行效率。为实现漏热的最小化,对珀尔贴电流引线( Peltier current lead ,简称PCL)进行了传热分析;引入热电参数的温度特性,建立了PCL的二维模型;采用有限元法对传导冷却下的PCL进行漏热分析与结构优化,得到了电流引线的最优几何参数。分析发现引线室温端的漏热大约为低温端的2倍;忽略热电参数的温度特性将使几何参数偏离最佳值,造成额外的制冷负荷。

Current leads , a connecting superconducting devices at cryogenic temperature with power source at room temperature , are the major heat leak source during operation , determining the operating effi-ciency of superconducting devices .With considering its thermoelectric property , a two-dimensional model of the conduction-cooled Peltier current lead ( PCL) was established and optimized in order to achieve the min-imum heat leakage by using finite-element simulation .The results showed that room-temperature heat leak-age was about double of low-temperature one at ends of current leads;the geometric parameters would devi-ate from the optimal value if temperature characteristics of thermoelectric parameters were ignored , which led to extra cooling load .
