针对中原油田部分区块油藏 CO2驱最小混相压力高于地层压力,不能实现混相驱的问题,采用高温高压界面张力仪测定了5种不同类型化学试剂(乙二醇丁醚、柠檬酸异丙酯、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、司盘80和混苯)对 CO2与原油间界面张力的影响。实验表明,加入调节剂能够降低 CO2与原油间的界面张力,界面张力降低幅度范围在8.55%~25.51%之间。通过油溶性表活剂与混苯进行复配实验,优选了一种具有协同增效作用的调节剂体系。采用界面张力消失法测定了 CO2与原油间最小混相压力。结果表明,该调节剂能够降低 CO2与原油间的界面张力,从而降低 CO2与原油间最小混相压力17.86%。

Based on the minimum miscibility pressure (MMP)in the part of the Zhongyuan Oilfield block reservoir is higher than the formation pressure and CO2 flooding is hard to form miscible.The effect of five different chemicals (diethylene glycol monobutyl ether,isopropyl citrate,alkylphenol polyoxyethylene ether,Span 80 and mixed benzene)on the interfacial tension of CO2 and the formation of oil was measured using an interfacial tensiometer.The results show that adding chemical regulators into the crude oil can reduce the interfacial tension of CO2 and crude oil 8.55%-25.51%.A chemical regulator with synergistic inter-action characteristics was obtained through a formulation experiment and derived from the surfactant and mixed benzene.The MMP between the CO2 and crude oil was measured using the vanishing interfacial tensions technique.The experimental results show that the chemical regulators obtained in this study can reduce the interfacial tension between CO2 and crude oil,thereby re-ducing the MMP between CO2 and crude oil by 17.86%.
