高职院校教师教学质量评价一般由学生评价、同行评价、督导及领导评价等构成,并以一定的权重系数计算评价结果,进而按规定确定评价等级.探索将学生评价、同行评价、督导及领导评价原始分转化为具有可比性的标准分的可行性及转化方法,尝试将教师指导学生参加省与国家技能大赛、参加教学比赛以及任课课程省统考、实训课程高技能考证等取得优异成绩作为对提升教学质量有特殊贡献,对教师教学质量评价等级进行微调,较好地体现了教学质量评价的公开公正公平,也为教师职称晋升推荐、年度评优评先进等提供了定量依据.

Evaluation on teachers' teaching quality in higher vocational colleges generally consists of evaluations from students, peers, supervisors and leaders, and is shown with the form of evaluation grade by calculating the primitive scores from students, peers, supervisors and leaders according to a certain weight coefficient. This paper explores the feasibility and methods to transfer the primitive scores to the comparable standard scores. This paper also suggests making fine adjustment to the evaluating grades of those teachers who have made special contributions to improving teaching quality, like those who have achieved excellent results in guiding students to compete in provincial and national vocational skills contests, taking part in teaching competitions, taking the courses required province-wide test, and training students to obtain high-skilled certificates in training courses. Thus, the quantitative evaluation can better reflect the principles of openness, fairness and impartiality in teaching quality evaluation and it also provides quantitative basis for the recommendation of teachers' title promotion and selection of excellent and advanced staff.
