目的：探究分析常规治疗辅以运动康复训练在慢性心力衰竭患者临床治疗中对其血浆BNP及醛固酮水平的影响。方法：随机选取2013年12月～2014年12月期间在我院接受治疗的107例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象，并将其分为实验组53例和对照组54例，另取50例心功能正常的健康体检者作为空白组，其中对照组患者采用常规临床治疗，实验组患者在接受常规治疗的基础上再增加运动康复训练，空白组不做任何干预措施，对比实验组患者和对照组患者治疗前后血浆BNP和醛固酮水平的变化情况，并分析其临床疗效。结果：实验组和对照组心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP和醛固酮水平与其心力衰竭程度呈负相关性；经过治疗后，两组心力衰竭患者的血浆BNP和醛固酮水平均有所下降，但是实验组患者临床总有效率（86.8%）明显优于对照组（66.7%），两组对比差异显著，具有统计学意义（P＜005）。结论：慢性心力衰竭患者在常规治疗基础上辅以运动康复训练治疗后其血浆BNP和醛固酮水平明显下降，具有显著的治疗效果。
목적：탐구분석상규치료보이운동강복훈련재만성심력쇠갈환자림상치료중대기혈장BNP급철고동수평적영향。방법：수궤선취2013년12월～2014년12월기간재아원접수치료적107례만성심력쇠갈환자위연구대상，병장기분위실험조53례화대조조54례，령취50례심공능정상적건강체검자작위공백조，기중대조조환자채용상규림상치료，실험조환자재접수상규치료적기출상재증가운동강복훈련，공백조불주임하간예조시，대비실험조환자화대조조환자치료전후혈장BNP화철고동수평적변화정황，병분석기림상료효。결과：실험조화대조조심력쇠갈환자적혈장BNP화철고동수평여기심력쇠갈정도정부상관성；경과치료후，량조심력쇠갈환자적혈장BNP화철고동수평균유소하강，단시실험조환자림상총유효솔（86.8%）명현우우대조조（66.7%），량조대비차이현저，구유통계학의의（P＜005）。결론：만성심력쇠갈환자재상규치료기출상보이운동강복훈련치료후기혈장BNP화철고동수평명현하강，구유현저적치료효과。
