目的：探讨不同程度的根管填充在牙体牙髓患者无痛治疗中的应用价值。方法：选取2012年5月～2014年5月我院收治的150例牙体牙髓患者（150颗牙），依据完成填充后医学影像学结果将这些患者分为三组，即适充组（50例，50颗牙）、欠充组（50例，50颗牙）和超充组（50例，50颗牙）。然后对三组患者的疼痛程度及临床疗效进行评价。结果：适充组患者的疼痛发生率6%（3/50）明显比欠充组和超充组36%（18/50）、20%（10/50）低（P＜0.05）；适充组患者治疗的总有效率92%（46/50）明显比欠充组和超充组60%（30/50）、70%（35/50）高（P＜0.05）。结论：根管适量填充在牙体牙髓患者无痛治疗中能够显著减轻患者疼痛，极大提升对患者治疗的总有效率，具有较高的应用价值。
목적：탐토불동정도적근관전충재아체아수환자무통치료중적응용개치。방법：선취2012년5월～2014년5월아원수치적150례아체아수환자（150과아），의거완성전충후의학영상학결과장저사환자분위삼조，즉괄충조（50례，50과아）、흠충조（50례，50과아）화초충조（50례，50과아）。연후대삼조환자적동통정도급림상료효진행평개。결과：괄충조환자적동통발생솔6%（3/50）명현비흠충조화초충조36%（18/50）、20%（10/50）저（P＜0.05）；괄충조환자치료적총유효솔92%（46/50）명현비흠충조화초충조60%（30/50）、70%（35/50）고（P＜0.05）。결론：근관괄량전충재아체아수환자무통치료중능구현저감경환자동통，겁대제승대환자치료적총유효솔，구유교고적응용개치。
Objective: To investigate the applications value of root canal filled with different degrees in the painless treatment of dental patients.Methods:150 cases of dental patients (150 teeth) in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2014 were selected,these patients were divided into three groups according to medical imaging results after completion of filling,namely appropriate charge group (50 cases,50 teeth),less filling group (50 cases,50 teeth) and super charged group (50 cases,50 teeth).Then the pain and clinical efficacy of the three groups were evaluated.Results:The incidence rate of pain of the appropriate charge group 6% (3/50) was significantly lower than the less filling group and super charge group 36% (18/50),20% (10/50) (P<0.05);The treatment total efficiency of the appropriate charge group 92% (46/50) was significantly higher than the charged group and super charged group 60% (30/50),70% (35/50) (P<0.05). Conclusion:Root canal filled with appropriate charge can significantly reduce pain, and greatly enhance the overall efficiency rate in the painless treatment of dental patients,it has a higher value,so is worthy of promotion.
