目的:探讨磷酸肌酸辅助对老年慢性心力衰竭患者hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平的影响。方法:随机选取2012年5月~2015年5月我院收治的老年慢性心力衰竭患者84例,依据治疗方法将这些患者分为两组,即研究组(n=42)和对照组(n=42)。给予对照组患者常规治疗,给予研究组患者常规治疗基础上磷酸肌酸辅助治疗。结果:研究组患者治疗的总有效率90.5%(38/42)显著高于对照组61.9%(26/42)(P<0.05),血清hs-CRP和NT-proBNP水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),6min步行距离显著较对照组(P<0.05)长,LVEF显著高于对照组(P<0.05),LVESD、LVEDD均显著较对照组(P<0.05)短。结论:磷酸肌酸辅助用于老年慢性心力衰竭中能够有效降低患者hs-CRP、NT-proBNP水平。

목적:탐토린산기산보조대노년만성심력쇠갈환자hs-CRP、NT-proBNP수평적영향。방법:수궤선취2012년5월~2015년5월아원수치적노년만성심력쇠갈환자84례,의거치료방법장저사환자분위량조,즉연구조(n=42)화대조조(n=42)。급여대조조환자상규치료,급여연구조환자상규치료기출상린산기산보조치료。결과:연구조환자치료적총유효솔90.5%(38/42)현저고우대조조61.9%(26/42)(P<0.05),혈청hs-CRP화NT-proBNP수평균현저저우대조조(P<0.05),6min보행거리현저교대조조(P<0.05)장,LVEF현저고우대조조(P<0.05),LVESD、LVEDD균현저교대조조(P<0.05)단。결론:린산기산보조용우노년만성심력쇠갈중능구유효강저환자hs-CRP、NT-proBNP수평。
Objective: To investigate the impacts of phosphocreatine assist on hs-CRP,NT-proBNP levels of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:84 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from May 2012 to May 2015 were randomly selected,they were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods,the study group (n=42) and control group (n=42).The control group were given routine treatment,while the study group were given creatine phosphate adjuvant therapy on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:The total efficiency of the study group 90.5% (38/42) was significantly higher than the control group 61.9% (26/42) (P<0.05),the serum hs-CRP and NT-proBNP levels were significantly lower (P<0.05),the 6min walk distance was significantly longer (P<0.05),the LVEF was significantly higher (P<0.05),the LVESD,LVEDD were significantly shorter than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Phosphocreatine assist of elderly patients with chronic heart failure can effectively reduce hs-CRP,NT-proBNP levels.
