目的:探讨不同序贯放射治疗、化学治疗(放化疗)方案对广泛期小细胞肺癌患者生存时间及胸内复发率的影响。方法:从本院2011年2月~2013年2月收治的广泛期小细胞肺癌患者中随机选择40例进行研究,随机分为两组,分别给予不同的序贯放化疗方案进行治疗。观察两组的生存时间及胸内复发情况,并进行比较。结果:对两组患者的各项临床资料进行比较,差异均无显著性(均P>0.05);两组患者的生存时间及胸内复发率经比较均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗过程中的主要毒性反应为血液学毒性,经比较,两组患者的毒性反应差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:采用两种序贯放化疗方案治疗广泛期小细胞肺癌对患者的生存时间及胸内复发率的影响差异不大。

목적:탐토불동서관방사치료、화학치료(방화료)방안대엄범기소세포폐암환자생존시간급흉내복발솔적영향。방법:종본원2011년2월~2013년2월수치적엄범기소세포폐암환자중수궤선택40례진행연구,수궤분위량조,분별급여불동적서관방화료방안진행치료。관찰량조적생존시간급흉내복발정황,병진행비교。결과:대량조환자적각항림상자료진행비교,차이균무현저성(균P>0.05);량조환자적생존시간급흉내복발솔경비교균무통계학의의(균P>0.05);치료과정중적주요독성반응위혈액학독성,경비교,량조환자적독성반응차이균무통계학의의(균P>0.05)。결론:채용량충서관방화료방안치료엄범기소세포폐암대환자적생존시간급흉내복발솔적영향차이불대。
Objective: To explore the influence of different sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy on survival time and recurrence rate within the chest for patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer.Methods:40 cases of patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer in our hospital from February 2011 to February 2013 were selected,and were divided into two groups.All of the patients were given different sequential chemotherapy regimen.The survival time and recurrence rate within the chest of the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The differences of clinical data between the two groups were all not significantly (allP>0.05). The differences of survival time and recurrence rate within the chest between the two groups were all not significantly (allP>0.05).The main toxic reaction during the treatment was hematologic toxicity,the differences of toxic reaction between the two groups were all not significantly (allP>0.05).Conclusion:The differences of the influence between different sequential radiotherapy and chemotherapy on survival time and recurrence rate within the chest for patients with extensive stage small cell lung cancer is not significantly.
