结晶器是连铸工艺中最重要的部分之一.文章根据结晶器运行数据远程实时监测的要求,设计出了一种基于 GPRS技术的无线结晶器智能监测系统.此系统充分利用了 GPRS技术的无线传输、远距离,费用低、体积小等优势,并结合工控软件LABVIEW开发出上位机监控界面,实现远程监测结晶器振动状态及运行参数的修改.

Mould is one of the most important parts in the continuous casting process. According to the requirement of the re-mote monitoring of mold operating data, a wireless crystallizer intelligent monitoring system based on GPRS is designed. This system took of the wireless transmission of GPRS, such as long distance transmission,low cost, small size and so on. Combined with the software of LABVIEW, it realized the remote monitoring of crystallizer vibration and the modification of operation parameters.
