针对电子装备测试性试验在制定方案时存在的信息收集困难、周期长等问题,研究电子装备测试性仿真模型与测试性试验之间的关联关系,明确测试性仿真与试验所需产品信息的异同,从仿真模型中提取出产品的结构层次、功能模块划分、故障模式分析、信号传递方向等信息,为开展测试性试验提供基础和依据.

In order to solve the problem that information collecting is arduous and time consuming when testability test plans are made, this paper studies the correlations between electronic equipment testability model and testability test, giving a light on the similarities and differences between information needed in a simulation test and a real test. The paper also addresses that structure and modules and fault mode analysis and directions in which information passes can be extracted from the simulation model, which simultaneously provides the basis on a testability test.
