为了应对国内外环境变化，使黑龙江省经济走向以消费为主导的经济增长的模式。以黑龙江省历年经济数据为依托，采用OLS的方法来研究影响黑龙江省消费增长因素。结果表明，现阶段提高城镇化率、缩小城乡收入差距能够有效的拉动黑龙江省消费增长，从而提高黑龙江省的经济增长速率，并在此基础上提出相关建议。

The study aims to respond to environmental changes at home and abroad, and promote the economy of Heilongjiang Province toward a consumption-led economic growth model. In this paper, based on the economic data of Heilongjiang Province over the years, the authors used the OLS method to study factors affecting the consumption growth. The results showed that, at present, to improve the urbanization rate and narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas could effectively stimulate consumption growth in Heilongjiang Province, thus to raise the economic growth rate. The authors also put forward recommendations on this basis.
