目的：比较化学治疗（化疗）后序贯放射治疗（放疗）与夹心治疗在广泛期小细胞肺癌中的应用效果。方法：选取2010年4月～2013年5月我院收治的45例广泛期小细胞肺癌患者，依据随机数字表法将这些患者分为两组，即化疗后序贯放疗组（25例）和夹心治疗组（20例）。给予化疗后序贯放疗组患者化疗-放疗治疗，给予夹心治疗组患者化疗-放疗-化疗治疗。结果：两组患者治疗的总有效率之间的差异不显著（P＞0.05）；两组患者的中位生存时间之间的差异不显著（P＞0.05），1年、2年生存率之间的差异也均不显著（P＞0.05）；两组患者的毒副反应发生率和胸内复发之间的差异均不显著（P＞0.05）。结论：化疗后序贯放疗与夹心治疗在广泛期小细胞肺癌中的应用效果相似。
목적：비교화학치료（화료）후서관방사치료（방료）여협심치료재엄범기소세포폐암중적응용효과。방법：선취2010년4월～2013년5월아원수치적45례엄범기소세포폐암환자，의거수궤수자표법장저사환자분위량조，즉화료후서관방료조（25례）화협심치료조（20례）。급여화료후서관방료조환자화료-방료치료，급여협심치료조환자화료-방료-화료치료。결과：량조환자치료적총유효솔지간적차이불현저（P＞0.05）；량조환자적중위생존시간지간적차이불현저（P＞0.05），1년、2년생존솔지간적차이야균불현저（P＞0.05）；량조환자적독부반응발생솔화흉내복발지간적차이균불현저（P＞0.05）。결론：화료후서관방료여협심치료재엄범기소세포폐암중적응용효과상사。
Objective: To compare the application effect of sequential radiotherapy after chemotherapy and sandwich therapy in the treatment of extensive stage small cell lung cancer.Methods:45 cases of lung cancer patients with extensive stage small cell in our hospital from Apil. 2010 to May 2013 were selected,these patients were divided into two groups according to the random number table,namely,sequential chemotherapy radiotherapy group (25 cases) and Sandwich treatment group (20 cases).Sequential chemotherapy radiotherapy group were given chemotherapy - radiotherapy, while the Sandwich treatment group were given chemotherapy sandwich - Radiotherapy - Chemotherapy.Results:The difference of the efficiency between the two groups was not significant(P>0.05);The difference of median survival time was not significant (P>0.05),the difference of 1-year,2-year survival rates were also not significant (P>0.05);the differences of toxicity and the incidence of intrathoracic recurrence rate were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of sequential radiotherapy after chemotherapy and sandwich therapy are similar in the treatment of extensive stage small cell lung cancer.
