国内对于共轨系统盐雾环境适应可靠性研究很少,为了研究自主共轨系统对沿海盐雾环境的适应可靠性,分析研究国内外知名汽车企业汽车零部件的盐雾环境适应可靠性试验方法以及相关标准;确定了自主共轨系统盐雾环境适应可靠性试验方法,采用外部盐雾试验和燃油掺水杂质(含盐)试验方法;进行试验验证,结果表明我所自主共轨系统在沿海盐雾环境有较好的适应可靠性.

There are few domestic researches about adaption endurance for common rail system in coastal salt spray environment. In order to study adaption endurance for autonomous common rail system in coastal salt spray environment, we analyzed and studied experimental methods and standards of adaption endurance for auto parts of well-known auto companies in salt spray environment. Then experimental methods of adaption endurance for autonomous common rail system in salt spray environment were determined by using the experiment method of external salt spray and blend of fuel and saline. Experimental verification showed that our autonomous common rail system has better adaption endurance in coastal salt spray environment.
