目的：探讨高龄慢性心力衰竭患者血浆白蛋白的表达水平及其对预后的影响，为临床治疗提供一定的参考依据。方法：回顾性分析本院2013年6月～2015年6月收治的154例高龄慢性心力衰竭患者的临床资料，按照预后情况分为存活组（103例）和死亡组（51例），检测两组患者的血红蛋白水平、血浆白蛋白水平，并对其贫血和低蛋白血症发生情况进行评估和比较。结果：经检测和比较，死亡组在血红蛋白水平以及血浆白蛋白水平方面分别为（105.32±28.15）g/L和（30.55±5.21）g/L，均显著低于存活组的（125.12±25.13）g/L和（38.12±5.25）g/L，均P＜0.05。经检测和评定，存活组的贫血和低蛋白血症发生率分别为19.42%和30.98%，均显著低于死亡组的50.98%和62.75%，均P＜0.05。结论：高龄慢性心力衰竭患者血浆白蛋白的表达水平会呈现出一定的变化，并对其预后效果产生一定的影响。

Objective: To explore the expression level of serum albumin in aged patients with chronic heart failure and its effect on prognosis,and to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on clinical data of 154 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure in our hospital from December 2013 to June 2015,according to the prognosis,the patients were divided into survival group (103 cases) and death group (51 cases).Hemoglobin level and plasma albumin level in the two groups were detected.Results:After detection and comparison,the death group was significantly lower than the survival group (28.15±30.55)g/L and (5.21±125.12)g/L (38.12±105.32) g/L,and (25.13±5.25) g/L,respectively.After examination and evaluation,the incidence of anemia and low blood protein in the survival group were 19.42% and 30.98%,respectively,50.98% and 62.75% of the death group were significantly lower than those,allP<0.05.Conclusion:The expression level of serum albumin in elderly patients with chronic heart failure can be changed,and it has a certain effect on the prognosis of elderly patients with chronic heart failure.
