高校实践育人理念以提升高等教育质量、促进大学生全面发展为价值追求。地方高校开展实践育人工作既能够推动区域经济社会发展，也可以实现高校自身的教学改革。高校应在注重学生实践层次性、搭建实践育人平台、完善考核评价体系的同时，及时更新办学理念，优化管理方式与运行机制。

The idea of practical cultivation focuses on the improvement of higher learning quality to realize students’ all-round development. Local universities practical approach toward talent cultivation can not only accelerate the regional economic and social progress, but also the reform of higher education. This research assumes that local universities can make efforts to fortify the practical platform through updating concepts, and optimizing the management and operation mechanism while fostering students’ higher level of practical involvements, and improving the evaluation system concerned.
