深化教育领域综合改革是当前教育实践的主旋律,怎样体现综合改革,其实现方法和路径是什么?是值得探究的一个重大课题。以系统化教学设计 ADDIE 模型并结合巴纳锡在社会变革的宏观背景下提出的教育改革的综合系统设计的重要观点,探析了学校教育综合改革的基本路径,以期对教育改革实践主体有所启示。

Deepening the comprehensive reform of education is of wide concern in the current educational practice. The reflect of the comprehensive reform, the approach and the pathway are major issues that need to be explored. This article uses the ADDIE model to consider an essential approach and pathway toward the comprehensive educational restructure as a suggestion to major players of educational practice from the perspectives of the integrated system design presented by Bela H. Banathy in the macro background of social change.
