微创外科结直肠手术在我国的开展已超过20个年头。20余年来，以腹腔镜结直肠手术为代表的结直肠外科微创手术在我国蓬勃发展，尤其是进入21世纪以来发展势头迅猛，微创结直肠肿瘤手术的开展已经得到广泛认可，并得到循证医学证据的支持，由此更使其成为一种外科理念逐步深入结直肠外科领域。不断成熟的技术、不断更新的设备与器械，都为微创结直肠外科的进一步发展起到了重要推动作用。
微創外科結直腸手術在我國的開展已超過20箇年頭。20餘年來，以腹腔鏡結直腸手術為代錶的結直腸外科微創手術在我國蓬勃髮展，尤其是進入21世紀以來髮展勢頭迅猛，微創結直腸腫瘤手術的開展已經得到廣汎認可，併得到循證醫學證據的支持，由此更使其成為一種外科理唸逐步深入結直腸外科領域。不斷成熟的技術、不斷更新的設備與器械，都為微創結直腸外科的進一步髮展起到瞭重要推動作用。

Laparoscopic surgery for colorectal diseases has achieved a remarkable progress in the past 20 years.Laparoscopic surgery for colon cancer is adopted worldwide by increasingly surgeons based on the evidence from randomized controlled studies .The standardization and spreading of the minimally invasive technique for colorectal surgery is also being implemented efficiently in China .However ,how to innovate the new technique and improve the new instrumentation for minimally invasive surgery is still a problem which we have to confront in the current situation .But we believe that with the great efforts of colorectal surgeons ,the widespread adoption of minimally invasive colorectal surgery would surely develop in the near future .
