人们视觉上对物体运动快慢的判断,不是取决于物体运动速度的大小,而是取决于物体对人们视角变化的快慢(暂称为"视角角速度").在实际生活中,以恒定速度运动的物体,相对人们的位置不同,会有不同的"视角角速度",所以车辆前部设计除考虑气动力学因素以外,还考虑到驾驶员的视觉效果.

The visual judgment of the speed of a moving object doesn't depend on the real speed of the object, but on the speed of visual changes (which can be termed as "visual angular velocity"). In the real life, an object moving at a constant speed has different "visual angular velocity" according to the different location of observers. Therefore, in addition to the factor of gas dynamics, the driver's visual effects should also be considered in the design of the auto front.
