The independency is the essential characteristic of the view of the ecology-oriented teachers’learning, and it should be the conscious requirement of the young teachers in higher vocational colleges. Consciously strengthening the moral cultivation, making a good professional career plan and easing the job burnout are the important paths of independent professional development of young teachers in higher vocational colleges.
