目的：探讨硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入与茶碱控释片治疗急性老年哮喘的临床效果。方法将76例急性老年哮喘患者随机分为两组，各38例。对照组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入治疗，观察组给予硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合茶碱控释片口服治疗，比较两组患者临床效果及不良反应情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.8％，高于对照组的65.8％（P＜0.05）；治疗2、4、8周后，观察组用力呼气容积（FEV）均优于对照组（P ＜0.01）；两组患者均无严重不良反应发生，患者耐受性好。结论硫酸沙丁胺醇气雾剂吸入联合茶碱控释片治疗急性老年哮喘效果确切，实施方便，安全性高，可快速消除支气管痉挛、改善哮喘症状，优于单药治疗，值得临床推广应用。
목적：탐토류산사정알순기무제흡입여다감공석편치료급성노년효천적림상효과。방법장76례급성노년효천환자수궤분위량조，각38례。대조조급여류산사정알순기무제흡입치료，관찰조급여류산사정알순기무제흡입연합다감공석편구복치료，비교량조환자림상효과급불량반응정황。결과관찰조치료총유효솔위86.8％，고우대조조적65.8％（P＜0.05）；치료2、4、8주후，관찰조용력호기용적（FEV）균우우대조조（P ＜0.01）；량조환자균무엄중불량반응발생，환자내수성호。결론류산사정알순기무제흡입연합다감공석편치료급성노년효천효과학절，실시방편，안전성고，가쾌속소제지기관경련、개선효천증상，우우단약치료，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of albuterol sulfate aerosol inhalation and theophylline tablets in treating acute senile asthma.Methods Seventy -six elderly patients with acute asthma were randomly divided into two groups with 38 in either group.Patients in the control group were treated with albuterol sulfate aerosol inhalation,while those in the observation group were treated with albuterol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline tablets.The clinical response and complications were compared.Results The total response rate of patients in the observation group was 86.8%,while in the control group it was only 65.8% (P <0.05 ).2,4,8 weeks after treatment,the forced expiratory volume (FEV)of patients in the observation group were bet-ter than that in the control group(P <0.01 ).Patients in both groups had no serious adverse effect and took fine tolerance.Conclusion Albuterol sulfate aerosol inhalation combined with theophylline tablets in treating senile patients with acute asthma took definite effect with convenience and better safety.It could quickly eliminate bronchospasm and other symptoms.It’s better than monotherapy and worth promotion.
