Neoadjuvant chemotherapy can influence the development of cervical cancer from many aspects,and is a-ble to create a positive impact on subsequent surgery or radiation therapy. Squamous cell carcinoma antigen(SCCA) and cyclooxygenase - 2(COX - 2),which are highly interrelated to therapy effect,can facilitate tumor development through inhibiting apoptosis pathway. This article is mainly focus on the predictive value of these two factors to therapy effect and sensitivity of neoadjuvant chemotherapy on cervical cancer,and its recent development of research.
