根据机械手执行过程电气控制的高可靠性要求，完成了Q系列PLC的选型组合、I/O地址分配以及控制电路的设计。根据机械手有手动、连续、单周期、单步、回原位等多种工作方式的逻辑控制要求，用SFC分模块设计了循环工作方式、手动工作方式和回原位工作方式时的PLC控制程序；在编程软件GX Works2环境下进行了控制程序编辑并写入Q00JCPU模块，且在实验室的啤酒灌装生产线上进行了模拟试验。试验结果表明：所设计的机械手控制系统具有控制功能正常、程序可读性强、运行安全可靠、维护方便，能满足复杂工业生产线的控制要求。

According to the electrical control requirements of high reliability, the combination of Q series PLC, I/O address assignment and design of control circuit for manipulator is completed. The PLC control program for manipulator in working ways of cycle, manual and back to original position is designed by using SFC module program design method, taking into consideration of the logic control requirements for manipulator working at manually, continuous, single cycle, single step and back to original position. The control program is edited and written to Q00JCPU module in programming software environment GX Works2, and the simulation and test is done on the beer filling production line in the laboratory. The experimental results show that the manipulator control system can satisfy the control requirement of complex industrial production line with normal control function, readable program, safe and reliable running and convenient maintenance.
