于2013年10月—2014年7月对广西西江老口水利枢纽建成前老口断面进行了4次采样调查。结果表明:老口断面水质达到GB3838-2002Ⅱ类标准;水体中共检出浮游植物56种,浮游植物细胞密度范围在3.56×105~1.75×106个/L,呈现夏秋高、冬春较低的季节性变化特点;在细胞丰度组成上呈现由蓝藻型向硅藻-隐藻-绿藻混合型转变的趋势;老口断面营养盐、叶绿素和浮游植物细胞密度水平较低,未具备浮游植物大量繁殖的营养条件;浮游植物群落结构及密度变化受到水温、总磷、总氮及氮磷比的影响。
于2013年10月—2014年7月對廣西西江老口水利樞紐建成前老口斷麵進行瞭4次採樣調查。結果錶明:老口斷麵水質達到GB3838-2002Ⅱ類標準;水體中共檢齣浮遊植物56種,浮遊植物細胞密度範圍在3.56×105~1.75×106箇/L,呈現夏鞦高、鼕春較低的季節性變化特點;在細胞豐度組成上呈現由藍藻型嚮硅藻-隱藻-綠藻混閤型轉變的趨勢;老口斷麵營養鹽、葉綠素和浮遊植物細胞密度水平較低,未具備浮遊植物大量繁殖的營養條件;浮遊植物群落結構及密度變化受到水溫、總燐、總氮及氮燐比的影響。
우2013년10월—2014년7월대엄서서강로구수리추뉴건성전로구단면진행료4차채양조사。결과표명:로구단면수질체도GB3838-2002Ⅱ류표준;수체중공검출부유식물56충,부유식물세포밀도범위재3.56×105~1.75×106개/L,정현하추고、동춘교저적계절성변화특점;재세포봉도조성상정현유람조형향규조-은조-록조혼합형전변적추세;로구단면영양염、협록소화부유식물세포밀도수평교저,미구비부유식물대량번식적영양조건;부유식물군락결구급밀도변화수도수온、총린、총담급담린비적영향。
Four times of sampling and investigating in Laokou section of Xijiang River were conducted to study the seasonal variations of water quality and phytoplankton community from October of 2013 to July of 2014.The results showed that the water quality of Laokou section achievedⅡclass of“Environmental quality standards for surface wa-ter”(GB3838-2002).And 56 species of phytoplankton were identified by microscope.The phytoplankton density ranged from 3. 563. 56 ×105 to 1. 75 ×106 cells/L.The seasonal variations were high in summer and autumn,low in winter and spring.The characteristics of phytoplankton cell density in dominant species have been changing from Cy-anophyta to Bacillariophyta to Cryptophyta to Chlorophyta.The nutrients,Chlorophyll and phytoplankton cell density were low in Laokou section,which was not suitable for phytoplankton mass-production.The changes of phytoplank-ton community and density were affected by water temperature,TP,TN,and the ratio of TN and TP.
