目的:探讨甘蔗皮中原花青素的闪式提取工艺。方法:采用闪式提取工艺从甘蔗皮中提取原花青素,通过单因素试验和正交试验确定了闪式提取原花青素的最佳工艺条件。结果:闪式提取原花青素的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇浓度70%,料液比1∶6,提取时间3 min。结论:闪式法提取甘蔗皮中的花青素具有高效省时的优点。

Objective: To study the flash extraction technology of the procyanidins in the sugarcane skin. Methods:Flash technology was used to extract procyanidins from sugarcane skin. Optimum process conditions of flash extraction were determined by single factor test and orthogonal test. Results: The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: 70% ethanol concentration, solid to liquid ratio of 1:6, extracting time of 3 minutes. Conclusion: The extraction of procyanidins from sugarcane skin by flash extraction technology is highly effective and time-saving.
