目的:深入调查乡村医师职业能力需求,进一步完善专科层次临床医学专业(全科医学方向)人才培养方案。方法:通过查阅文献和咨询临床医学专家的方法建立乡村医师职业能力属性、重要性、必需性咨询表和对工作领域熟悉程度和判断影响程度的自评表。咨询表包括10大工作领域的120项职业能力。自评表是从对国内外同行的了解、理论知识、实践经验及直觉4个角度对10大工作领域的熟悉程度进行判断。结果:在120项职业能力中,96项(80%)职业能力被认为是既重要又必需的,12项(10%)职业能力被认为是重要但不必需的,12项(10%)职业能力是既不重要也不必需的。结论:乡村医师需要的职业能力低于高校的专科层次临床医学专业(全科医学方向)人才培养方案的要求,建议对部分职业能力适当缩减。

Objective:To comprehensively investigate the demands of professional competence for rural doctors so as to perfect talents cultivation plan of clinical medical specialties in college level (general medicine direction). Methods: Rural doctors’professional competence attribute, importance and necessity questionnaire and self-rating scale of familiarity with work areas and its influence on assessment were established through reviewing relevant literatures and consulting clinical experts. The questionnaire included 120 professional competence in 10 work areas. The self-rating scale was to assess familiarity with 10 work areas from the understanding of domestic and international counterparts, theoretical knowledge, practical experience and intuition. Results: In 120 professional competence,96 (80%) of which was considered to be both important and necessary,12(10%) was considered to be important but not necessary,12(10%) was considered to be neither important nor necessary. Conclusion:Professional competence needed by rural doctors is lower than the demands of talents cultivation plan of clinical medical specialties in college level (general medicine direction) in our college, suggesting that part of professional competence should appropriately be reduced.
