以美人蕉为实验材料,用质膜H+-ATPase活性抑制剂VA处理美人蕉,考察VA对美人蕉根部质膜H+-ATPase活性与吸收硝态氮效率的影响。研究结果表明:100μM VA预处理显著降低美人蕉对农田废水中硝态氮的吸收,质膜H+-ATPase和H+-泵活性也显著降低。

Canna chosen as the target experimental material was pretreated using plasma membrane H+-ATPase activity inhibitor VA in order to investigate the influence of plasma membrane H+-ATPase activity in the canna roots on nitrate absorption efficiency.The results showed that the nitrate absorption efficiency dropped dramatically while adding 100 M VA.Meanwhile,the activities of plasma membrane H+-ATPase and H+-pump were also significantly reduced.
