目的：了解云南省各医院诊疗人次、出院人数以及医师每日担负的诊疗人次和住院床日的动态变化，发现存在的问题，为卫生行政部门制定相关制度提供依据。方法对2008~2014年云南省各医院的诊疗人次、出院人数以及医师每日担负的诊疗人次和住院床日进行分析。结果云南省各医院2008~2014年诊疗人次年平均增长9.68%，出院人数年平均增长14.71%；每日担负诊疗人次年平均增长2.84%，每日担负住院床日年平均增长4.16%。结论2008~2014年云南省各医院医师的工作负荷逐年增加。

목적：료해운남성각의원진료인차、출원인수이급의사매일담부적진료인차화주원상일적동태변화，발현존재적문제，위위생행정부문제정상관제도제공의거。방법대2008~2014년운남성각의원적진료인차、출원인수이급의사매일담부적진료인차화주원상일진행분석。결과운남성각의원2008~2014년진료인차년평균증장9.68%，출원인수년평균증장14.71%；매일담부진료인차년평균증장2.84%，매일담부주원상일년평균증장4.16%。결론2008~2014년운남성각의원의사적공작부하축년증가。
Objective To analyze the number changes of visits and discharged,the daily clinic visits and hospital bed days bear the physician in Yunnan,and to explore the problems,and so as to provide evidences for health care reform. Methods Analysis the number changes of visits and discharged,the daily clinic visits and hospital bed days bear the physician in Yunnan Province from 2008 to 2014. Results In Yunnan Province,from 2008 to 2014,the growth rate of visits was 9.86%,the growth rate of discharged was 14.71%,the growth rate of the daily clinic visits bear the physician was 2.84%,the growth rate of hospital bed days bear the physician was 4.16%. Conclusion The work load of the hospital doctors increased year by year from 2008 to 2014 in Yunnan Province.
