目的：探讨食管癌术后吻合口瘘患者的护理。方法对本院2010年~2013年食管癌术后发生胸内吻合口瘘患者的治疗护理进行回顾性分析。结果4例患者治愈出院，随访6个月无异常。结论护理人员的严密观察和正确护理对食管癌根治术后的预后至关重要。

목적：탐토식관암술후문합구루환자적호리。방법대본원2010년~2013년식관암술후발생흉내문합구루환자적치료호리진행회고성분석。결과4례환자치유출원，수방6개월무이상。결론호리인원적엄밀관찰화정학호리대식관암근치술후적예후지관중요。
Objective To investigate the nursing care of patients with anastomotic fistula after esophageal carcinoma operation. Methods A retrospective analysis was made on the treatment and nursing of patients with anastomotic leakage after esophageal carcinoma surgery in our hospital in 2010~2013. Results 4 patients were cured and discharged, and no abnormal was fol owed up for six months. Conclusion Close observation and nursing care of nursing staf is very important for the prognosis of esophageal carcinoma after radical operation.
