利用失效分析等手段,对高碳铬轴承钢制铁路轴承零件的各类非相关磁痕形貌的微观组织进行了技术分析。结果表明:在轴承零件制造过程和用户对产品的验收过程中,常见的非磁痕形貌是因带状碳化物引起的非相关磁痕,其他的非相关磁痕比较少见。
利用失效分析等手段,對高碳鉻軸承鋼製鐵路軸承零件的各類非相關磁痕形貌的微觀組織進行瞭技術分析。結果錶明:在軸承零件製造過程和用戶對產品的驗收過程中,常見的非磁痕形貌是因帶狀碳化物引起的非相關磁痕,其他的非相關磁痕比較少見。
이용실효분석등수단,대고탄락축승강제철로축승령건적각류비상관자흔형모적미관조직진행료기술분석。결과표명:재축승령건제조과정화용호대산품적험수과정중,상견적비자흔형모시인대상탄화물인기적비상관자흔,기타적비상관자흔비교소견。
With the means of failure analysis,non related magnetic microstructure morphology of various types on bearing parts for high carbon chromium bearing steel is technically analyzed.The results showed that in the process of bearing parts manufacturing and in the process of acceptance for product,the commonly observed uncorrelated magnetic marks were caused by banded carbide on bearing parts,but the non-related magnetic trace was scarcely observed.In this paper,suggestions for improvement were given.
