目的：观察复方苦参酊剂对大鼠皮肤的急性毒性反应。方法取60只大鼠，按体重随机分为6组，将受试药物涂于各组动物完整皮肤和破损创面皮肤，观察各组大鼠急性毒性反应。结果与对照组相比，用药后各组大鼠的正常皮肤和破损皮肤均未产生急性毒性反应。结论复方苦参酊剂对大鼠无急性毒性反应，是一种安全性较好的外用制剂。
목적：관찰복방고삼정제대대서피부적급성독성반응。방법취60지대서，안체중수궤분위6조，장수시약물도우각조동물완정피부화파손창면피부，관찰각조대서급성독성반응。결과여대조조상비，용약후각조대서적정상피부화파손피부균미산생급성독성반응。결론복방고삼정제대대서무급성독성반응，시일충안전성교호적외용제제。
Objective To observe the acute toxicity of the compound Kushen Tincture to rats, which might provide scientific foundation for its clinical use. Methods 60 Rats were randomized into 6 groups according to the body weight. Integrated and disrepaired skins in the rats were smeared with compound Kushen Tincture and the acute toxic reaction of the animals were observed and recorded continu-ously from the beginning of using the drug. Results The results indicated that this tincture cause no skin acute toxicity. Conclusion The tincture had no acute toxic reaction to rats' skin and the results suggest that this tincture is relatively safe in clini-cal application.
