报告1例非曝光部位皮角。患者女,67岁右下肢大腿内侧角状物长达3年。近1月皮疹基底稍发红并伴压痛来诊。组织病理检查：角质层呈山峰状隆起,高度角化过度,间有角化不全,颗粒层增厚,棘层肥厚,棘层上部及颗粒层可见空泡细胞,表皮突延长,边缘之表皮突向内弯曲,向中心形成抱球状。结合临床表现,诊断为皮角。
보고1례비폭광부위피각。환자녀,67세우하지대퇴내측각상물장체3년。근1월피진기저초발홍병반압통래진。조직병리검사：각질층정산봉상륭기,고도각화과도,간유각화불전,과립층증후,극층비후,극층상부급과립층가견공포세포,표피돌연장,변연지표피돌향내만곡,향중심형성포구상。결합림상표현,진단위피각。
A case of Cutaneous horn is reported. A 67-year-old woman had a Cutaneous horn in the place of right lower limb for 3 years. The basement of the lesion was likely to get infected slightly, accompanying tenderness recently. The histopathology of the lesion showed that stratum corneum bulged like mountain peak, hyperkeratesis highly mixed with parakeratosis, hypergranulosis, hyperacanthosis. Koilocytes were found in the superior part of the stratum spinosum and the stratum granulosum. Trochanterel us extended, which formed globularly in the verge. The diagnosis was made as Cutaneous horn.
