本文总结了1例上消化道出血伴阵发性抽搐患者的护理体会。患者住院2d,出院后好转,证明护理方法是有效的。在对患者的护理过程中,首先应治疗抽搐,控制出血,重视在扩容过程中对输液的管理,其次要密切观察患者出血性休克早期体征,注意整个过程当中对患者皮肤的观察和护理,最后应注重整个过程中对患者的心理护理。

In this paper, the nursing experience of a patients with upper digestive tract bleeding and paroxysmal convulsions was summarized. The patient were hospitalized for 2 days, and get bet er after discharge. So the nursing method was ef ective. In the nursing process, first of al , we should treat convulsions, pay at ention to the bleeding control and management of transfusion during the expansion process, secondly, closely observe the bleeding in the early signs of shock, pay at ention to the whole process of the patient's skin observation and nursing, final y, we should pay at ention to mental nursing for patients in the whole process.
