慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, COPD)进展到中晚期缺乏有效的干预措施并发其它系统疾病导致死亡。研究证实早期干预可以显著减缓I-I 级COPD患者肺功能下降的速率,但是,早期患者行肺功能检查存在漏诊风险。胸部高分辨率CT可显示肺部精细的解剖结构,定量支气管改变,量化评估肺功能,能先于PFT发现肺部解剖及功能的异常。

Due to lacking of ef ective interventions and associating with other systematic diseases, the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) progressed to the advanced often leads patients to death. Recent studies confirm that early intervention can significantly slow the I-I stage patients' declining rate in lung function. However, the early-stage COPD patients have the risk of missing diagnosis with pulmonary function tests. The chest high-resolution CT can not only can show the anatomy of the subtle lungs and quantify bronchial changes, but also quantitative evaluate lung function, which find lungs' anatomy and function's abnormality before PFT.
