目的：探讨经皮臭氧消融术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期治疗效果。方法自2012年8月~12月采用经皮臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症54例，对其临床疗效进行分析。结果本组病例均获随访，时间2~6个月。按Macnab腰腿痛手术评价标准进行评定，优26例，良19例，优良率达83.3%。结论经皮臭氧消融治疗腰椎间盘突出症的近期疗效满意，创伤小，见效快，治疗方法安全简单，是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的较好方法。
목적：탐토경피취양소융술치료요추간반돌출증적근기치료효과。방법자2012년8월~12월채용경피취양소융치료요추간반돌출증54례，대기림상료효진행분석。결과본조병례균획수방，시간2~6개월。안Macnab요퇴통수술평개표준진행평정，우26례，량19례，우량솔체83.3%。결론경피취양소융치료요추간반돌출증적근기료효만의，창상소，견효쾌，치료방법안전간단，시일충치료요추간반돌출증적교호방법。
Objective To study the near-term ef icacy of percutaneous ozone ablation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Methods 54 cases lumbar disc herniation received percutaneous ozone ablation from August 2012 to December 2012. The clinical data was col ected and the therapeutic ef ects were analyzed. Results Al patients were fol owed up for 2 months to 6 months. At Macnab low back pain surgery evaluation criteria to be assessed, excel ent in 26 cases, good in 19 cases, the excel ent or good results rate was 83.3%. Conclusion The near-term ef icacy of percutaneous ozone ablation in treatment of lumbar disc herniation was satisfactory, lit le traumatic, quick, safe and simple, which is a prefer ed method of treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
