目的:研究并探讨心理沟通对刎颈患者术后负性情绪的临床影响。方法选取我院自2006年9月~2014年10月收治的46例刎颈患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组患者23例,对照组患者术后给予常规护理,实验组患者术后在对照组患者护理的基础上再添加心理沟通护理。比较实验组患者以及对照组患者护理后心理状态的变化情况和护理满意度差异。结果实验组患者护理后的心理状态显著优于对照组患者,实验组患者的护理满意度显著优于对照组患者,组间差异明显(﹤0.05),具有统计学意义。结论对刎颈患者术后给予心理沟通护理能够降低患者的负性情绪。

Objective Study on the clinical ef ect of psychological communication of negative emotion of patients with neck after operation.Methods Selected in our hospital from 46 cases of patients with cut throat in September 2006 to 2014, the 10 monthperiod were treated as the object of study, al patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, each group of 23 cases of patients, the patients of the control group given routine nursing, the experimental group patients in the control group patient care based on add psychological care to communicate.The change of psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the experimental group and the control group.Results Nursing for patients in the experimental group after the mental state was significantly bet er than the control group patients, nursing satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was significantly bet er than the control group, between group dif erence ( ﹤ 0.05), with statistical significance.Conclusion The neck was treated to reduce the psychological care to communicate the negative emotion of patients.
