目的：本文主要探讨中西医结合治疗新生儿急性黄胆肝炎的临床效果。方法在我院2013年1月~2014年12月所收治的新生儿急性黄胆肝炎患者中选取60例作为此次研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者给予常规西药治疗,观察组患者在常规西药治疗基础上加用自拟中药方剂进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组患者在治疗总有效率、血清总丹红素以及直接丹红素等方面明显优于对照组患者,﹤0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论对新生儿急性黄胆肝炎患者而言,在常规西医药物治疗基础上加用自拟中药方剂进行治疗,有助于提高患者的治疗效果,降低血清总丹红素以及直接丹红素水平。

Objective This paper mainly discusses the clinical ef ect of combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of neonatal acute jaundice hepatitis.Methods During December in our hospital from January 2013 to 2014 admit ed to neonatal acute jaundice hepatitis patients selected 60 cases as the research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,and the control group was treated with routine western medicine treatment,observation group in the conventional western medicine treatment foundation combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment,compared two groups of patients with therapeutic ef ect.Results To observe patients in the treatment group the total ef ective rate,serum total Danhong)and direct Dan lycopene,such as bet er than that of the control group, ﹤0.05,the dif erence is statistical y significant.Conclusion For neonatal acute jaundice hepatitis,in on the basis of routine drug treatment combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction for treatment,to improve patient outcomes,reduce serum total red pigment and direct red pigment.
