目的：对影响急症剖宫产患者术中舒适程度的相关因素进行分析并研究。方法选取自2010年2月~2015年2月间在我院进行治疗的急症剖宫产患者共计320例，在征得患者本人及其家属的同意后对其进行临床调查与研究。应用自行设计的调查问卷对影响患者术中舒适程度的相关因素进行调查并分析，并在手术中对患者进行询问与详细地观察，做好记录。结果在对急性剖宫产患者手术中的舒适程度造成影响的因素之中，心理因素占据了首位，主要原因为患者对孩子的生命安全充满担心、害怕手术所带来的疼痛感，反感对隐私部位的暴漏以及害怕出现手术意外等情况。结论在对急症剖宫产患者进行手术前，对患者进行全面有效的护理特别是心理方面的护理是具有着十分重要的临床应用意义的，护理人员必须要投以应有的重视。

Objective To influence the emergency cesarean section patients who comfortable degree of research and analysis on the related factors. Methods From February 2010 to February 2010 between the treated in our hospital emergency cesarean section patients a total of 320 cases, after the consent of the patients and their families to clinical investigation and research. Results In patients with acute cesarean section surgery the comfortable degree of impact factors, psychological factors occupies the first place, the main reason for the patient to the child's life is ful of fear, pain, fear of surgery is antipathy for the private parts of violence and fear of surgery accident leakage, and so on and so forth. Conclusion Before surgery in patients with emergency cesarean delivery, a comprehensive and ef ective nursing care to patients in particular psychological nursing is a very important clinical significance, nurses must be an the at ention they deserve.
