目的：了解护生经历临床实习后，对职业的态度以及影响其态度的关键因素，为正确引导护生的实习工作提供依据。方法自制问卷调查表对2013年实习结束并与三甲医院签订就业协议的200护生进行匿名调查，分析影响刚毕业护生择业的关键因素。结果55.5%的护生认为带教老师的态度最影响其工作热情度；52.5%护生实习完后想从事护理工作，但77.0%存在职业倦怠；护生觉得工资待遇较个人兴趣更能影响自己的职业意向；只有29.5%的护生对前途充满希望，其中50.5%的护生对前途一般般，持走一步看一步的态度。结论带教老师态度较患者态度和医院环境更能影响护生工作热情度，临床带教应选择德才兼备的护士为老师，提高护生工作的积极性，为稳定护理队伍做出相应的努力。

Objective To Care intern experience clinical practice,professional at itude,and the status quo of the key factors that af ect their at itudes,to provide a basis for the cor ect guidance of the nursing students internship.Methods Utilizing a homemade questionnaire of 200 nursing students who just end of the internship,and has signed an agreement with the top three hospitals nurses random anonymous surveys,and then to analy the key factors af ecting just graduated nursing students'careers.Results 55.5%of nursing students with a teacher in the at itude of most af ect their enthusiasm for the work;After the practice,52.5%of nursing students in nursing;nursing students think wages more than the personal interests af ect their career intentions;29.5%of nursing students hopeful for the future,50.5%of nursing students in the future generalheld at itude go step by step.Conclusion With a more patient at itude and hospital environment more ef ect on the degree of enthusiasm for the work of nursing students,clinical teaching ability and political integrity nurse for teachers,teacher at itude not only depends on the teacher's ability with teaching, in order to improve the nursing students'job enthusiasm,and make cor esponding ef orts to stabilize the nursing team.
