本文通过系统分析适应期扶贫移民生计特征、生计贫困多维测度指标，发现适应期扶贫移民生计相对于单一的收入贫困，扶贫移民多维贫困现象更为普遍，仅靠经济增长实现脱贫日益困难，应关注扶贫移民教育、组织化程度、技能培训、发展政策与环境改善、资源承接等非经济贫困影响因素，注重贫困人口能力的开发，在更广区域内建立与完善针对提高增长质量的发展机制，以促进扶贫移民生活的改善和安稳致富。

Through systematically analyzing multidimensional indicators of livelihood characteristics and livelihood pover-ty in adaptation period, the paper finds that multidimentional poverty is more common, so relying on economic growth to help the poor become more difficult. We should pay attention to poverty alleviation and education, organization level, skills training, development policies and environmental improvement, resource and other non-economic factors affecting poverty, focusing on the development of poverty population, and the establishment and improvement of the quality of the development mechanism in a wider region, to promote the improvement of the livelihood of the poor and secure.
