新技术商业化是一种将科技转化为生产力的直接路径，但由于新技术商业化成功标准不定，各国政府与企业在进行新技术商业化绩效评估时面临一定困难。本文利用二次向量机确权方法构建针对新技术商业化绩效的指标体系，旨在克服以往绩效评估中主观因素过大的弊端，并通过153个新技术商业化项目的调研数据使之具体化，以期该指标体系具备较强的实际应用能力。

New technology commercialization is a direct way to transform science and technology into the real productivi-ty. But in view of the uncertainty of the new technology commercialization success criteria, a lot of governments and en-terprises face some difficulty in new technologies performance evaluation. Using Support Vector Machine, we construct the index system of new technology commercialization performance to overcome the shortcomings that more subjective fac-tors of previous performance evaluation. In addition, using the investigation data of 153 new technology commercialization projects, we concrete the index system to make these indictors more applicable.
