基于内向、外向边界管理视角,本文以高新技术企业的121个知识型团队为对象,探讨变革型领导对团队绩效的影响机理,并分析了边界管理在两者间所起的中介作用。结果表明变革型领导正向影响任务绩效和合作满意度,内向、外向边界管理均正向影响任务绩效和合作满意度,内向、外向边界管理在变革型领导与任务绩效和合作满意度之间起部分中介作用。因此,管理者既要塑造变革型领导风格,又要鼓励员工开展边界管理活动,以提升团队绩效。
基于內嚮、外嚮邊界管理視角,本文以高新技術企業的121箇知識型糰隊為對象,探討變革型領導對糰隊績效的影響機理,併分析瞭邊界管理在兩者間所起的中介作用。結果錶明變革型領導正嚮影響任務績效和閤作滿意度,內嚮、外嚮邊界管理均正嚮影響任務績效和閤作滿意度,內嚮、外嚮邊界管理在變革型領導與任務績效和閤作滿意度之間起部分中介作用。因此,管理者既要塑造變革型領導風格,又要鼓勵員工開展邊界管理活動,以提升糰隊績效。

From the perspective of inward-facing and outward-facing boundary management, the study examines the effect of team leader′s transformational leadership on team performance by focusing on the mediating role of team bounda-ry management based on the data collected from 121 knowledge teams in the high-tech enterprise. The results indicate that transformational leadership is positively related to task performance and collaborative satisfaction, as well as inward-facing and outward-facing team boundary have positive influence on task performance and collaborative satisfaction, in-ward-facing and outward-facing team boundary partially mediate the association of transformational leadership with task performance and collaborative satisfaction. In order to boost team performance, leaders should not only cultivate transfor-mational leadership style for themselves, but also encourage employees to carry out team boundary management activities.
