目的：对急性右心室心肌梗塞患者临床诊断和治疗方法进行探讨分析。方法根据2011年5月~2015年5月所收治ARMI患者15例急性右心室心肌梗塞患者来进行研究分析，对患者的早期心电图情况进行诊断和治疗观察。结果本组成功12例，死亡3例，成功率80%。结论临床中急性右心室心肌梗塞患者使用心电图来进行诊断的效果比较好，通过对患者提供扩容升压治疗效果比较好，血管扩张剂视情况使用，利尿剂和洋地黄不推介使用，此次研究的15例患者经过升压扩容后，症状改善明显，提升了患者的存活率。
목적：대급성우심실심기경새환자림상진단화치료방법진행탐토분석。방법근거2011년5월~2015년5월소수치ARMI환자15례급성우심실심기경새환자래진행연구분석，대환자적조기심전도정황진행진단화치료관찰。결과본조성공12례，사망3례，성공솔80%。결론림상중급성우심실심기경새환자사용심전도래진행진단적효과비교호，통과대환자제공확용승압치료효과비교호，혈관확장제시정황사용，이뇨제화양지황불추개사용，차차연구적15례환자경과승압확용후，증상개선명현，제승료환자적존활솔。
Objective In patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction, discusses and analyzes the clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods According to the May 2011 to May 2015 treated by ARMI 15 cases of patients with acute right ventricular myocardial infarction patients for research and analysis, electrocardiogram (ecg) in early diagnosis and treatment of the patients with observation. Results The successful 12 cases, 3 cases died, the success rate of 80%. Conclusion Acute right ventricular myocardial infarction patients in the clinical use of electrocardiogram to diagnose the ef ect is bet er, providing the expansion pressure for the patient treatment ef ect is bet er, inspect a circumstance to use vasodilator, diuretics and digitalis promotional use, the study of 15 patients after expansion and booster, symptoms improved significantly, and increase the survival rate of patients.
