目的探讨影响低年资护士(工龄2年以内的护士)静脉穿刺成功的因素及对策。方法我们采用问卷调查法，通过自我感受表，原因分析表对我院48名低年资护士分别工龄为1~2年的护士进行调查问卷。结果低年资护士静脉穿刺成功率提高，患者对低年资护士满意度提高(<0.01)。结论除了应加强低年资护士的穿刺技术更应该重视心理素质的培养及良好工作环境的塑造。

목적탐토영향저년자호사(공령2년이내적호사)정맥천자성공적인소급대책。방법아문채용문권조사법，통과자아감수표，원인분석표대아원48명저년자호사분별공령위1~2년적호사진행조사문권。결과저년자호사정맥천자성공솔제고，환자대저년자호사만의도제고(<0.01)。결론제료응가강저년자호사적천자기술경응해중시심리소질적배양급량호공작배경적소조。
Objective To investigate the ef ect of low seniority nurses (nurses working within 2 years of successful venipuncture) factors and countermeasures. Methods We used the questionnaire survey method, through self feelings table, cause analysis table of my courtyard 48 junior nurses were length of service for 1~2 years of nurses conducted a questionnaire survey. Results To improve the success rate of vein puncture in patients with low seniority nurses, low seniority nurses to improve satisfaction ( <0.01). Conclusion In addition to should strengthen puncture technique of low seniority nurses should pay at ention to the cultivation of psychological quality and good working environment of the mold.
