由于受到传统教学模式这一重要原因的束缚,导致辽宁省的医师资格通过率每年常徘徊在50%左右.辽宁医学院在我国传统的医学教育经验的基础上,致力打造"以学生为主体、以临床技能培养为轴,且在器官系统整合的基础上"的全新医学技能型人才培养模式,更新教育教学观念,旨在体现医学生能力培养新理念.

Due to the important cause of bondage from the traditional teaching mode, the annual pass rate of doctors' qualifications in Liaoning province hovers around 50%. On the basis of traditional Chinese medical education experience, Liaoning Medical University dedicated to create a new medical skills-based training model that "student centered, clinical skills development as the axis, and based on organ system integration", which update the concept of education teaching in order to reflect new ideas of medical students' ability training.
