参考标准API934A对再热裂纹的检测指导意见,设计制作了模拟再热裂纹的对比试块,采用超声衍射时差法(TOFD)、手工脉冲反射式超声法(UT)、磁记忆检测三种方法探索对钒改进钢再热裂纹的检出和标定.结果表明,TOFD+UT 组合检测工艺可以实现对模拟再热裂纹(0.4 mm ×4 mm×4 mm)的检出和标定,磁记忆检测也可以作为检测再热裂纹的一种补充检测方法.

According to the API934A about guidance for inspection for transverse reheat cracking,this paper has designed and fabricated one TOFD sensitivity demonstration block which can simulate reheat crack and explore the detection and quantification of reheat crack by using three inspection methods of TOFD,manual pulse-echo shear wave UT and magnetic memory testing.Testing shows that TOFD+UT combination detection craft can realize the detection and quantitative evaluation for the simulated reheat crack (0.4 mm×4 mm×4 mm)and magnetic memory testing also can be used as one supplementary method of detecting reheat crack.
