核电机组冷凝器普遍采用薄壁钛管作为换热管,目前多用多频涡流仪对钛管进行涡流检测。在“分时激发”和“同时激发”两种工作模式下对样管进行了检测,对结果进行比较后发现“分时激发”模式下外壁缺陷检测信号幅值较高,“同时激发”模式下内壁缺陷检测信号幅值较高。结合实际损伤可能,建议在钛管涡流检测中选用“分时激发”模式。

Thin-walled titanium tube is widely used as heat-exchange tube in nuclear power plant,nowadays we usually use multi-frequencies ET tester for titanium tube ET test.In this paper we tested the sample tube by ET tester under two types of working mode,and made a comparison between the results,and then we find that Multiplexation Mode has higher signal amplitude with outside defects,and Simultaneous Inj ection Mode has higher signal amplitude with inside defects.Considering the actual damage situations of testing titanium tube,using Multiplexation Mode in the testing of this tube is recommended.
