Promoting university students' employment is one of the university Party organization's duty-bound responsibilities and obligations. University Party organization has such distinct advantages as organizing and leading, resource integrating and employment instruction in guiding students to find jobs. There are various ways for university Party organization to serve university students to find jobs: establishing sound employment safeguard mechanism, strengthening employment guidance and policy propaganda and constructing diversified employment platforms. It is hoped that those measures are of great help to promote university students' employment competence in job markets.
