目的探讨产科护理的模式对自然分娩的疗效与促进影响。方法选取某院2014年1月~2015年1月产妇共200例，按其意愿将产妇平均分成试验组和对照组。试验组运用新护理模式，对照组采用传统护理模式，对比产妇的自然分娩率、疼痛感与舒适度等不同情况。结果试验组的自然分娩率为90%；轻度疼痛感占比23%；中度疼痛感占比48%；高度疼痛感占比27%；极度疼痛感占比2%；总舒适度例数占比96%，以上几组均与对照组的对比差异具有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论对产科护理中采取新护理模式应用效果优于传统的护理模式，能够促进自然分娩的影响。

목적탐토산과호리적모식대자연분면적료효여촉진영향。방법선취모원2014년1월~2015년1월산부공200례，안기의원장산부평균분성시험조화대조조。시험조운용신호리모식，대조조채용전통호리모식，대비산부적자연분면솔、동통감여서괄도등불동정황。결과시험조적자연분면솔위90%；경도동통감점비23%；중도동통감점비48%；고도동통감점비27%；겁도동통감점비2%；총서괄도례수점비96%，이상궤조균여대조조적대비차이구유통계학의의(<0.05)。결론대산과호리중채취신호리모식응용효과우우전통적호리모식，능구촉진자연분면적영향。
Objective To explore the ef ect of the mode of obstetric nursing on the natural delivery and the promotion of the ef ect.Methods A total of 200 women from January 2015 to January 2014 in a hospital were divided into two groups according to their wishes,which was the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group used the new nursing model,the control group used the traditional nursing mode,compared with the maternal natural childbirth rate,pain and comfort,and so on.Results In the experimental group,the natural childbirth rate was 90%.Mild pain 23%, moderate pain sense of 48%,27%high pain,extreme pain 2%;total comfort degree of patients accounted for more than 96%,more than a few sets of al and the comparative dif erence to the control group with significant dif erence( <0.05).Conclusion The application ef ect of new nursing care in obstetrics nursing is bet er than the traditional nursing mode,and it can promote the natural labor.
