通过对5 %(NH4)2SO4溶液浸泡的砂浆试块进行外观表面形态观察、抗压强度测试、质量损失变化以及灰色关联分析,研究矿物掺合料单掺及其双掺对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀性能的影响,以及运用灰色关联方法分析矿物掺量对其抗压强度的影响.研究结果表明:双掺时,粉煤灰的微集料效应和形态效应均优于矿渣,且二者在工作性能上产生互补效应;掺入矿物掺合料改善水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀性能,对其具有明显的预防和抑制作用;各矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀效果从优到劣顺序为:20%粉煤灰,20%粉煤灰+40%矿渣,40%矿渣,60%矿渣,未掺样;运用灰色关联理论分析矿物掺合料对水泥砂浆抗硫酸铵腐蚀的影响是可行的.

This paper studies the effect of mineral admixture on cement mortar's anti-ammonium sulfate corrosion by observing the surface morphology, compressive strength test, mass loss variations and gray correlation analysis of the mortar test block soaked in the (NH4)2SO4 solution with the concentration of 5 %. The gray correlation analysis method was applied to analyze the effect of mineral dosage on the compressive strength. The research results show that the micro aggregate effect and morphological effect of the fly ash are favorable than that of slag, and the two have complementary effect in their working capacities. The mixing of mineral admixtures can improve the corrosion resistance of cement mortar with ammonium sulfate with obvious inhibitory and preventive effect. The hierarchical order of the several mineral admixtures and their percentages on cement mortar's anti-ammonium sulfate corrosion is:fly ash (20%), 20%fly ash+40%powder, 40%ore, 60%powder, the blank sample. It is feasible to analyze mineral admixture on cement mortar ammonium sulfate corrosion through the grey relational system theory.
